Dude, I shouldn't have to tell a comics reader that every real person lets some people die when they didn't have to die, because no real person and no real group of people have the power to save everyone from everything; no matter how you spread around the finite help in existence, some people will still die sooner than they would have if you had given them more help still.

Paul did more than his part by saving numerous mothers and babies for free and others for less than the going rate by declining Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement in his obstetrics practice; that unclaimed money was then available to help other physicians save that many more disadvantaged patients of theirs.
