Remember that accident?
Just got off the phone with the insurance adjusters. Their story: since I have my own insurance on my own vehicle, the damage to my grandmother's vehicle will come off the liability coverage on -that- vehicle, while the damage to the U-Haul I tangled with will come off -her- liability coverage.
Maybe this means no deductible; maybe this means $1,000 instead of $500; I don't know, but from here things look a LOT more expensive.
DEFINITELY NEED HELP NOW.
