No. When I shut down, it's either to restart or to complete cold power-off.
I am -pretty- sure the reason for the power-ups is due to these facts:
(1) There is only one grounded outlet in the room, out of five or six
(2) It's on the opposite side of the room from the desk, which means I have to use extension cord
(3) There's way, way, WAY too much stuff on that outlet, BECAUSE it's the only grounded outlet
What's ironic is that the computer I got to replace this one, with its possibly damaged, definitely questionable power unit, had ITS power supply conk out while this one, the older one, is still going...
