LYAN: Updates, and the John Edwards check...
Mike Huckabee calls for Christian theocracy, Kucinich loses two court cases, and Edwards loses my vote for supporting the draft.
I'm probably going to drop the gun control vote-kill. Although I believe in the Second Amendment- you have a right to own a gun until and unless you prove you can't be trusted with one, period- I'm going to have to give something up to get a candidate at all, and I'd rather have a gun-grabber for President than a racist, a warmonger, or a torturer.
(Especially since I really doubt any serious gun control proposals will pass Congress, no matter how Democratic, any time in the next ten years... except for things like a law that would make it easier to keep clinically diagnosed insane people from getting guns, that sort of common-sense thing.)
