Israel just bombed a Lebanese military air base.
Not Hezbollah; not Hamas; not Syria; not Iran.
Israel just bombed an air base wholly controlled by the Lebanese government.
Years ago, Israel destroyed Palestinian Security Force bases and then said it was Palestine's fault for not keeping terrorists under control. They're doing it again- destroying the very means Lebanon has to defend itself and enforce its laws, and then blaming the Lebanese.
Yes, Hezbollah and Hamas are terrorist groups, and pawns of Syria and Iran. I don't dispute that.
But I still say Israel, or at least the government thereof, are also terrorists; they're trying to terrorize the Lebanese and the Arab nations surrounding Israel into leaving them alone.
There are no heroes here; only brutal bullies bent on mutual destruction.
Tell me again what we gain by having Israel as an ally? Besides enemies, I mean. Heaven knows Israel provides us with plenty of THOSE.
