Do you have any Clove in any form? Yes, it burns; but it will also put the toothache out for a while. Apply to the aching tooth itself. The ache is from blood pressure...try extra pillows, the higher your head, the lower the pressure. If there is an actual hole...try packing it with bits of Kleenex to seal it off.
