For the leg: Cold and Ibuprophen: ie; ice packs, frozen peas, or similar, and Advil. That will ease the swelling and inflammation. Now, find an anatomy chart online and locate just what is hurting and then start gently massaging the area. There are several possibilities: You didn't warm up enough, you were in the wrong position, or you overdid the squats. Pray that it isn't something else... One other thing that sometimes helps is to lie on the floor with the afflcited leg stretched out vertical on the wall. This reduces blood flow and with it, swelling. For now though, cold and either Advil or Aspirin is your best bet. I hope you feel better soon.
