Despite Bush's claims that he'll veto anything less than a permanent reauthorization, well, he's never vetoed anything in five years as President, and he never saw expanded power and reduced supervision he didn't like. He'll sign it.

*EDIT 4 PM EST* - James Sensenbrenner, chair of the House Judicial Committee, is threatening to block the Senate compromise; he's currently in negotiations, with rumors of a 3-month extension and yet another Senate and House vote possible.
