valkyrwench has come up with an interesting variant on the Cast-the-Movie game. In this version, you recast a favorite existing movie using people you know personally. The casting can be based on physical resemblance or psychological similarity.

starcat_jewel says, if she were recasting Spider-Man, I'd have me in the Peter Parker role, but I don't see it.
