My personal views:
* I'm very likely NOT to eat there. Yes, I like boobs, but I don't like Hooters, strip bars, etc. I have a policy: Never shop at a store that doesn't let you take the merchandise home with you. As for the food, I eat primarily to get full. There are foods I like and foods I don't, but to me dining is not an "experience". Nor do I patronize humorous restaurants- I've been to too many theme restaurants whose humor is essentially limited to, "Embarrass and Abuse The Customers."
* The nurses who object... sorry Lollee... but saying, "Stop sexualizing nurses!" is like saying, "Tide, thou shalt not come in!" Besides, nobody with half a brain will mistake women with dive-bombing necklines and skirt hems higher than the crotch for actual practicing nurses, any more than Hooters girls are mistaken for nocturnal bird fanciers.
* In a nation where the Fat Police are on the march, banning fried foods in New York and proposing other trans-fat bans in Chicago and the entire state of California, the Heart Attack Grill provides a vital public service. HAG is the popular voice shouting, "My arteries are my own responsibility- now gimme my onion rings and mind your own damn business!" If one opens up in Houston, I may just stop by and try a Triple Bypass, not out of hunger or lechery, but as a small political stand against the nanny state.
Oh, and speaking of government, here's today's LYAN Roar on the subject of wind power subsidies...
