All Plans in the Air...

redneckgaijin... my grandmother fell in her bathroom this morning and broke at least two ribs. Spent the morning at her doctor's and at a diagnostic clinic to find this out. The doctor is worried about the lung under those broken ribs, so she's holding my grandmother in hospital overnight for observation.
Which means she MIGHT get out tomorrow, -if- nothing untoward is observed.
No matter what happens, I can't leave for AnimeFEST until and unless I make sure there's someone here to get her out of the hospital and to be by pretty much full-time until I return. Going to try to talk my aunt to taking her down to Tomball to stay with her the weekend, if at all possible. If I can't get coverage, though, A-Fest will be off.
Which will hurt like a sumbitch, because I -really- need that income to replace what's to be spent on the Exploder's transmission.
Damn.
Edit: My aunt will be here the whole time I'm gone, so all is good. The trip is still on, provided there are no complications.
