• 02:07:56: #yulecon I'm missing Anime Hell because I have to sleep shortly; four concerts in a row, ALL of which ran over scheduled time, 2 hr delay.
  
• 02:08:54: I think "how to run a con" needs to add classes on "how to run concerts." Step one: HAVE A STAGE MANAGER who can keep bands to schedule.
