... here's who's at the top of the Egyptian military.
Three of the four people named in the article were cabinet ministers under Mubarak. One of them is recently-named Vice President Suleiman, head of the secret police and chief torturer- who, according to at least one account I've read this week, took a hands-on role in his work.
