http://www.comixpedia.org/index.php/List_of_webcomics

I saw this referred to today as a listing of every known webcomic.

Absurd as that project would be, I do find it notable that not a single WLP webcomic is listed there, nor WLP itself.

Granted, the WikiWLP project will help make info on WLP's projects available... but when Sexy Losers, Slipshine, Ghastly's Ghastly Comic and other adult comics are listed, and nothing WLP does is...

... well, puts me in my place, doesn't it?

The WikiWLP stuff, at least, gets me to write on days when otherwise I wouldn't do a single creative thing. That's a positive. (And nothing else I do seems to produce much except more debt, whatever I try...)

And thanks for the mutual friending- appreciate it.

Well if you have a Wiki on your site for your stuff, that's going to be useful for your visitors or people looking for info about you. So by all means yeah, work on that. I have to be working on something pretty much constantly so that's not quite the issue for me — I'm never short on things to do.

I'm just saying I wouldn't sweat not getting "talked about" or "remembered" by the review sites, because not that many people read them to begin with. It's pretty much one huge circle jerk and isn't worth the time it takes to be concerned about it. Of all the [reviewish/comic board] places I've ever gotten a mention, Mr. Burns up there is pretty much the only one that actually netted me any traffic. Concidentally he's actually good at what he does and writes more than 'omg this is kewl!' or 'omg this is the suxx0rs!'. Shit, one guy posted this quote from me out of context trying to make me look like some awful, ungrateful, fan-hating bitch, and no one gave a crap because no one reads his site... even if they did it's obvious what he wrote is retarded and just wrong. So what I'm saying is: Do what you need to do, and don't worry about what reviewers have to say or not say.

And thanks for the mutual friending-appreciate it.

I decided to forgive you for insulting the dpi of my books at AnimeFEST. ;)
