Daily quota: 975 + 2,343 = 3,318/2,000
Goal: 47,293/50,000
If I write as much tomorrow as I do today, I meet my goal of 50,000 words. If things keep expanding, it'll be at least 75,000 words total when the first draft is completed- and probably over 100,000 words in edited form. I'm already thinking of things that need to be done to develop major characters.
But first let's get the first draft in the can. I won't write anything Thurs.-Sun. of this coming week, since I'll be working ShiokazeCon in Houston. After that I'll continue with a 2,000 word/day goal until the first draft is done.
