I have to wonder: will this person sue next to mandate that everything packaged for sale in the US be readable in Braille, too?
Because, you know, my comics discriminate against blind people, too. So do my shirts.
Granted, for blind people this is an issue- at least for those blind people with no helpers who fear being short-changed. However, with debit cards becoming such a big part of American life, I really do have to question the urgency of this suit- to put it mildly. Take action within thirty days? Please. The federal government can't figure out that people in New Orleans need housing in thirty days. If they can't get the simple and obvious, how are they going to handle the more complicated stuff like picking out the new size and shape of bills?
I'm looking forward to the pentagonal $5...
