LYAN: Why Bush Must Be Impeached

redneckgaijinNo matter what the consequences, impeachment must at least be tried... at least, that's my argument. Even a Democratic defeat in 2008 due to impeachment is not as bad as a Democratic victory in a world where George W. Bush has been proven right about his theory of a "unitary executive."
I expect a lot of disagreement, based on answers to the questions meme I started, but that's how I feel.
Sadly, I really suspect impeachment won't happen... not just because Democrats want to win, but because a lot of Democrats want all that power to spy, to pry, to conceal, and to war for their OWN use...
