In light of certain 'Net drama, you might consider adding the following, or some variant, to your convention rules, if it's not there already.
Sexual Conduct
Members of InsertNameHereCon are reminded that children and their parents will attend this event. As such, members of InsertNameHereCon are requested to conduct themselves accordingly, and refrain from openly sexual conduct or language in public areas of the convention. By respecting the sensibilities of others you ensure a fun convention experience for everyone.
Furthermore, sexual conduct in a public area is illegal in most jurisdictions. Such conduct can potentially lead to the cancellation of the event by the host facility or the local authorities. For this reason we reserve the right to eject any person who engages in such activity, including groping, public exposure, or sexual acts real or simulated. No refund will be given to individuals ejected from the event under these circumstances. InsertNameHereCon also reserves the right to press criminal charges or to report such activity to the local authorities for prosecution should the circumstances warrant such action.
I think this covers the Open Source thing well enough. Hell, this should be in any con's rules ANYWAY, unless you're holding an adults-only event with the full knowledge and cooperation of the host facility. (And good luck with that.)
