OUCH, dammit.

I thought my right leg was finally feeling better after months of soreness due to a poorly adjusted seat in the new Honda van.
I decided to try restarting exercise, which has been put aside since summer began because of being busy.
Less than ten minutes in, I'm in agonizing pain due to two tendons- one on the inside of my right heel from anklebone to heelbone, the other just behind my right knee on the left side.
And they damn well HURT.
I don't know if it's tendonitis or something else, but it's annoying as hell and I'd like it to stop now please- especially since there's no money in the budget until about NEXT summertime for any doctors.

One other thing that sometimes helps is to lie on the floor with the afflcited leg stretched out vertical on the wall. This reduces blood flow and with it, swelling.
For now though, cold and either Advil or Aspirin is your best bet. I hope you feel better soon.
